Based upon our highly popular Oakham picnic bench, the Bisbrooke disabled access picnic bench is manufactured from 89mm x 34mm (ex 4" x 2") heavy duty joinery grade redwood timber, sourced from responsibly managed forests.
wheelchair users may easily reach it thanks to its 900mm wide bay, which, in contrast to normal designs, enables them to eat, drink, and rest in a totally inclusive manner.
Like all of our wooden furniture, the Bisbrooke picnic bench is made using high quality, pressure treated
timber from FSC approved, sustainable sources, so as well as lasting for years you can be sure that it is environmentally sound too.
Additionally, to ensure that the components are permanently connected, we utilise protective black plastic screw caps and corrosion-treated heavy duty fasteners.
